Subprocessor List
Version: 1.0 - Effective Date: May 1st, 2026.
This page lists all third-party subprocessors engaged by Compiuta S.r.l. ("Compiuta") to process Customer Data in connection with the Connhex platform. It is maintained in accordance with §6 of the Data Processing Agreement.
Compiuta will notify registered account holders at least thirty (30) days before adding or replacing any subprocessor by updating this page and sending notice to the registered account email address. To object to a change on reasonable data protection grounds, contact info@compiuta.com within the thirty-day notice period.

Notes on Each Subprocessor
Hetzner Online GmbH - All Customer Data is stored exclusively on Hetzner infrastructure within the EU, specifically in Nuremberg and Falkenstein (Germany) and Helsinki (Finland). Hetzner is certified to ISO 27001. No data transfer outside the EEA occurs in connection with this subprocessor.
Mixpanel, Inc. (EU Tenant) - Connhex uses Mixpanel exclusively server-side with anonymised identifiers. No name, email address, or other directly identifying personal data is transmitted to Mixpanel. Mixpanel is configured to operate on its EU Data Residency infrastructure only. No personal data is processed under this arrangement.
Mailjet SAS (Sinch group) - Mailjet SAS is a French company, part of Sinch AB (headquartered in Sweden). Mailjet processes only the registered account email address for the purpose of transactional email delivery (account confirmations, platform notifications, and invoices). EU infrastructure is used for EU customers.
Stripe, Inc. - Stripe processes billing and payment data under its own PCI DSS compliance programme and privacy policy. Stripe is US-incorporated but operates EU infrastructure for EU merchants and relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for any transfers between the EU and the United States. Compiuta does not store card details; Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment instrument data.
