This page provides an overview of the legal documentation governing the use of the Connhex platform. Please read these documents carefully before accessing or using the Service.

Documents​

Terms of Service​

The primary agreement governing access to and use of the Connhex SaaS platform. Covers subscription plans, service availability, intellectual property, data protection, liability, indemnification, and termination. Applies to all SaaS customers. Enterprise customers operating under a separately executed Master Service Agreement are not subject to these Terms.

Acceptable Use Policy​

Sets out the rules for acceptable use of the Connhex platform, including prohibited behaviours, IoT data responsibilities, and restrictions on safety-critical applications. Incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

Data Processing Agreement​

Governs the processing of Customer Data by Compiuta as a data processor on behalf of the Customer as data controller, in accordance with GDPR Art. 28. This DPA is publicly available and pre-signed. It is accepted automatically alongside the Terms of Service upon account creation.

Subprocessor List​

A complete list of third-party subprocessors engaged by Compiuta to process Customer Data, including their country of incorporation, data processing location, and purpose. Updated with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice of any additions or changes.

Platform Privacy Notice​

Describes how Compiuta processes personal data in its capacity as Data Controller in connection with account management, billing, and platform analytics. Applies to personal data collected directly from platform users at the point of registration and during use of the Service.

Privacy Policy — Compiuta website​

Covers the handling of personal data on the Compiuta corporate website (compiuta.com), which is separate from the Connhex platform.
